Position Details: 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters Degree in Educational Leadership
  • Valid Michigan Administrator Certificate with Elementary/Secondary Administrator
    endorsement
  • Valid Michigan teaching certificate
  • Minimum three (3) years teaching experience; secondary preferred
  • Qualified applicants must meet one of the following criteria: holds an Administrator Certificate; employed as an administrator on or before January 4, 2010 and is current with CEUs; or begins certification program within six (6) months of initial employment and completes within three (3) years of initial employment
  • Knowledge in staff development, understanding professional learning communities, and Response to Intervention process
  • Ability to use data to guide instruction
  • Proven record of collaborative team leadership
  • Knowledge of and experience with curriculum and assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills

 

Administrator must meet one of the three qualifications:

  • Employed as administrator on or before January 4, 2010 and is current with CEUs
  • Is certified as an administrator
  • Begins certification program within six (6) months of initial employment and completes within three (3) years of initial employment.
