Located in Michigan’s southeastern lower peninsula in the eastern portion of St. Clair County, the East China School District is a special place to live, work, and play. The District serves more than 4,200 students annually in its K-12 programs. - Previous experience as a School Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent is requested but not required
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree with K-12 teaching experience
- Successful experience in contract negotiations, budget development and financial management
- Ability to lead and facilitate capital improvement efforts
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences
- Collaborative leader who is visible and accessible to staff and community
