Strive Centers for Autism in Grand Blanc and Brighton, Michigan is currently seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outstanding team at our bright and cheerful facility.

Growing Autism Center with two locations seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with successful clinical experience and the business acumen necessary to bring speech and language therapy in-house.

Our Centers successfully provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy for children on the autism spectrum in a clinical, yet school-like setting, resulting in positive transitions into mainstream culture – school, society and the workplace. We want to add Speech-Language therapy services in a turn-key manner. We operate Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 
*Lead the initiative to bring Speech-Language therapy clients, services and programs in-house.
*Provide evaluation and diagnoses of speech, language, swallowing and cognitive-communication disorders.
*Design and implement individual or group treatment and activity plans.
*Develop and maintain records of Speech-Language therapy programs that effectively express outcomes and lead to accurate billing.
*Collaborate across disciplines to maximize effectiveness of combined therapy programs, communication and profitability.
*Participate in parent/ family conferences and communication; assist with parent/family educational training materials and programs.
*Participate in planning, clinical and administrative meetings; provide direction for Speech-Language strategic planning, policy, training and environment. 
*Assists with community outreach, development and marketing of programs and growth of Centers.
*Maintain SLP License and CCC-SLP.
*Behave in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

Requirements:
*Michigan Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License
*Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American SpeechLanguage-Hearing Association.
*Current CPR Certification.
*Bachelor in Health Care Management and Master in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
*High degree of experience designing, implementing and evaluating programs; collaborating with other professionals to problem solve and maximize outcomes and efficiencies; motivating for a positive environment; and initiating, supporting and carrying through growth ideas.
