Position Details: 

We announce the following ADMINISTRATIVE vacancy in the Rochester Community Schools.  Applications will be accepted until filled.




Work Assignment begins July 1, 2019



  1. Master’s Degree or higher in Administration or Educational Leadership.
  2. Valid State of Michigan teaching certificate.
  3. Valid Administrative Certification.
  4. Minimum of three years successful building administrative experience.
  5. Minimum of five years teaching and/or administrative experience and substantial experience in a variety of leadership roles is preferred.
  6. Demonstrated ability to provide quality leadership through:
    • excellent communication skills
    • strong problem solving skills
    • ability to use a variety of leadership styles
    • ability to plan, organize and execute the full range of administrative tasks
    • skill in creating an open and well-organized teaching and learning environment
    • fostering the continued growth of staff members

SALARY: $109,461 to $123,947  (Based on RAA Master Agreement) The successful candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick days, as well as any other applicable benefits per the Rochester Administrators Association Master Agreement. Work schedule 229 days plus 12 paid holidays = 241 days.
