Pay: $11.25 Hour commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma.
2. Prior experience working in custodial capacity preferred.
3. Must be available from 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
4. Must work well independently and as a team.
5. Must complete a pre-employment background check.
6. Must be able to do moderate lifting up to 40 pounds.
7. Must abide by Material Data Safety Sheets requirements for chemical usage.
8. Must be able to bend, twist, lift, stand, and walk extensively during shift.
9. Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
10. Professional philosophy in accordance with the Breckenridge Community School District.
11. Excellent attendance and punctuality a must.
12. Ability to communicate and work effectively with professional and support staff, students,
families and school visitors.
13. Must be physically able to perform all duties required of the position.
14. Ability to follow Bloodborne Pathogen Practices for biohazards.
15. Ability to pass required training modules.
16.. Such alternative to the above qualifications as the administration may find appropriate and
Acceptable.

Primary Function: The custodian performs custodial and routine maintenance duties in and around campus facilities as well as keep the custodial closets organized and clean; performs minor repairs and responds to emergency calls for service; implements set up and takedown for a variety of campus and community events; works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area; and resolves problems to ensure efficient, sanitary and safe operations.
