Position Details: 

The Administrative Secretary, Business Services performs complex clerical tasks with a high level of judgmental ability.  As personal secretary to the Assistant Superintendent for Business Services, the Administrative Secretary assists and relieves the Assistant Superintendent for Business Services of paperwork and other duties so they may devote maximum attention to the goals of the department.  Provides clerical assistance to all Business Services staff, as assigned.  Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the work of others. 
One (1) full-time position available; 37.5 hours per week; 52 weeks per year.
$826 Per Week
Non-Union, At-Will Position
Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance after one full day of employment. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs in accordance with state law.
Bachelor’s degree in business required. 
Five to seven years of experience in a responsible position or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Applicants for Administrative Secretary position are considered for interview only after successful completion of testing for typing at 60 wpm and a minimum of 80% in spelling and math skills. A Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel 2010 test will also be given to determine skill level.
