Freshman Volleyball Coach
2017-2018 School year

Rate of pay per CEA Contract  

Reports to: Blaise Zimmer, Athletic Director

QUALIFICATIONS  
1.  Ability to teach fundamentals.
2. Ability to see and analyze player’s abilities and mistakes.
3. Ability to correct mistakes that hinder athletic development.
4. Ability to stimulate sportsmanship.
5. Ability to develop good team spirit.
6. Ability to develop leadership.
7. Help players develop values and morals.
8. Ability to instill self-confidence.
9. Must maintain adequate records and statistics.
10. Experience supervising others is desired.
11. Experience coaching is desired.
12. Past experience in playing volleyball at high school level and/or college level.
13. Must be involved with all levels of the volleyball program.
14. Must have High School Diploma.
15. Must satisfactorily pass:

a. Law enforcement background check with fingerprinting.
b. Personal and business reference background check.
